Emission Converter

This program converts emission readings of  NOx, CO, CH2O, and VOC  from: ( grams/hp/hr  to  lbs/hr, tons/yr, and ppmv), from (lbs/hr  to  grams/hp/hr, tons/yr, and ppmv), from (tons/yr  to  grams/hp/hr, lbs/hr , and ppmv), and from (ppmv  to  grams/hp/hr, lbs/hr, and  tons/yr).  The program also takes readings of ppmv and converts to ppmv @ 15% O2, and readings of ppmv @ 15% O2 and converts to ppmv actual.
